JARID BATES

Training Director

Jarid has been working out of IBEW Local 972 since 2013.

He topped out of the apprenticeship and was a working journeyman wireman since 2019, until he accepted the role of Training Director in July of 2024.

He served in the Ohio Army National Guard 2010-2016.

Originally from Beverly, Ohio, he now resides in Washington, WV with his wife Kellsey, their two daughters, and his son. He enjoys spending time with them on their small farm, Muddy Water Acres.
